The Teaching and Learning Precinct at Scotch College is comprised of a dedicated Mathematics & Commerce building & associated landscape. Four Landscape Studio saw the opportunity for the external landscape to be an extension for learning and enrichment of space for students inhabit between classes.

Four Landscape Studio engaged with teachers from the associated departments to create dedicated narratives that weave through the site, complementing the curriculum and connecting students with the College’s traditions and history. The project includes 19 learning opportunities integrated throughout the landscape. There is a combination of noticeable design elements to assist formal learning and subtle design details for students to discover themselves throughout their school years.
